We are unable to take payment or process orders over the phone. We have so many products we simply cannot remember the stock quantity or prices of everything, so our very clever website manages that side, enabling us to busy ourselves packing orders and getting them off to you in a speedy fashion!

It is preferable if you put your enquiry into an email. I answer emails regularly, and even check them on Sundays and Bank Holidays, when I am not supposed to be working! The telephone, however, is not constantly manned, and cannot be heard from the outbuildings.

If no-one answers then please email with your query and phone number and someone will get back to you. Please do not leave order related queries it is almost impossible to understand messages left due to our poor phone lines (BT are supposed to be updating the area - one day!).
